In the health insurance industry, urgency is key - applications like OnlySales need to be able to solve their customers’ SMS/MMS issues fast. As OnlySales began to scale, they needed more and more individualized customer support from their API provider, but were instead met with a decline in responsiveness.
Responses to support tickets took weeks and would often come back without a solution; receiving technical support almost never came. With Campaign rejections in the mix, OnlySales began losing money on both their user and their vendor sides. With all of these challenges, OnlySales began to face customer churn and see negative growth at -9%.
Because of this experience, OnlySales was skeptical about Telgorithm’s ability to provide fast, timely, and solution-oriented customer support – but they quickly realized that we treat support as part of our core service.
From day one, OnlySales was set up on Slack with members of our customer support and technical teams so that any urgent questions or needs could be met immediately. Support tickets are answered within 24 hours, and we provide as much proactive guidance as possible to help mitigate issues.
When needed, Telgorithm leverages close knit relationships with TCR and DCAs to answer questions, troubleshoot, or expedite approvals. In just one month after switching, OnlySales grew from -9% to 16% and hasn’t stopped climbing since.
OnlySales’ previous API provider encouraged them to register as a Reseller, ensuring it would be easier than registering as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP).
They were not aware of the fact that Resellers have zero visibility into the registration process including when Brands or Campaigns were being submitted, whether they were being approved or rejected and why.
There was no insight into the process and no control, leaving them entirely dependent on their provider.
Telgorithm exclusively works with CSPs and is well equipped to get businesses like OnlySales transitioned from the Reseller model to the CSP model.
We guided OnlySales through CSP registration and quickly got them unlocked. As a CSP, OnlySales regained full control of their Brands and Campaigns and had full visibility over the entire registration process.

As soon as their CSP account was approved, OnlySales was able to quickly integrate with Telgorithm APIs in under 24 hours and started on a 30-day trial to ensure our technology and compliance support would solve OnlySales’ problems.
