Telgorithm automates the 10DLC process from initial Campaign registration through phone number activation.
We are able to provide immediate status updates – you’ll know when the DCA has approved the Campaign, associated the phone number with the Campaign and connected it to the carrier (i.e. T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T). Once this is all complete, your customer can send fully registered traffic.
Why it matters: Our automation speeds up registration and approvals for your customers and eliminates several manual steps that can lead to Campaign errors, rejections and additional fees.
Telgorithm created a unique API logic that allows you to automate the process of porting in numbers to Telgorithm. Additionally, we have webhooks set up that will inform us in real-time the exact moment a phone number switches from another provider to Telgorithm. You can proactively set up an 'event' to automatically send all API calls to Telgorithm, enabling you to port numbers instantly, in bulk and never miss a beat during the porting process.
Why it matters: Easily port active or existing phone numbers for free from another provider to Telgorithm instantly and in bulk, if needed, and avoid customer disruptions with real-time webhooks.
Smart Queueing is Telgorithm’s patent-pending product feature built for managing your A2P 10DLC messaging rate limits, AKA throughputs. If the limit is reached, Smart Queueing simply queues the messages that would otherwise exceed your limit.
Why it matters: Smart Queueing eliminates the risk of dropped or failed messages that can otherwise cause business disruptions and unnecessary spend on undelivered messages. This feature improves message deliverability by ~20% on average, supports on-time delivery, and enables our customers to scale their messaging offering.
As mentioned in our Smart Queueing description, Telgorithm proactively prevents you from exceeding your rate limits and simply queues the messages at risk. When a customer hits two-thirds of their limit, you will be notified with an alert so that you can work with that customer to request added vetting for a higher limit before they’re at risk of being queued.
Why it matters: Proactive Queueing Alerts enable you and your customers to be aware of their 10DLC messaging rate limits and whether or not their current approved limits are sufficient for their needs. These alerts give your customers more transparency and time to request added vetting so they can effectively reach their end users.
In the event that your messages do reach their rate limit and need to be queued with Smart Queueing, your most urgent messages can be proactively programmed to deliver first with Message Prioritization. Either you or your customer can decide and set the message priority.
Why it matters: You can give your customers peace of mind knowing that their high priority messages will always be delivered first.
With Time Routing, your customers can pre-determine what happens with their messages. That means you can specify sending times in the messaging configuration, pausing message delivery outside defined time slots.
This is especially useful when managing the delivery of queued messages efficiently. To avoid queued messages from sending once the rate limit has reset (which is midnight Pacific Time for T-Mobile, for example), you can proactively set them to be rescinded, or “expired”, from the queue. Alternatively, you can proactively schedule these messages to send during a specific time period once the limit has reset.
Why it matters: Give your customers more control, transparency, and the ability to maximize their rate limits and provide a better experience to their end users.
If your customer runs into an error, you’ll automatically receive a transparent report with the error code and a detailed description to help you quickly resolve and prevent the issue from occuring again.
Why it matters: Receiving the code and a transparent description together saves you and your customer time on having to look up what an error code means. These error code descriptions are often vague, which can result in your team having to submit a ticket to your provider. With our Advanced Error Code Descriptions, you’ll receive a code and thorough description offering clarity in real-time for fast resolution.
Telgorithm’s Phone Number Verification feature is unique in that it does more than a lookup to identify if a phone number you plan to text is a legitimate number, which carrier it uses, and whether the number is wireless, landline, or VOIP. Our lookup tool also provides the status of ‘active’ or ‘inactive’. If a number is ‘active’, we know it can receive text messages – regardless if it is wireless, landline, or VOIP.
Why it matters: Your customer can verify that the US phone numbers they are texting are real and actively in service prior to sending a message. We provide more details than our competitors for better accuracy, fewer disruptions, and improved deliverability for your customers.
“The team has been fantastic in providing guidance with the initial implementation, and they continue to be incredibly helpful navigating the waters of A2P 10DLC as well as other technical issues and best practices. We rarely have any issues, but when we do, the team consistently goes above and beyond to help.”
“The Telgorithm APIs are really well documented, and since they are built on the open API spec, the APIs are really easy to use. We generated a library based off of the online documentation. In practice it was super easy to switch over using the Telgorithm API.”
“Working with the Telgorithm technical team ensured that everything was set up correctly – the accounts, the APIs both on our side and Telgorithm’s side, and the endpoints. It was all very seamless.”
