CSP Registration & Support
We require all of our 10DLC customers to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) directly as a Campaign Service Provider (CSP) so they maintain full ownership and control of all Brands and Campaigns.
We provide guidance and visibility throughout the CSP registration process, as well as ongoing support.
Bandwidth customers are typically registered as Resellers. This results in no ownership of customer’s Brands and Campaigns and no transparency into the registration process & timeline.
Bandwidth does not proactively recommend 10DLC registration as a CSP.
Automated 10DLC Campaign Setup
Telgorithm automates the 10DLC setup from initial Brand & Campaign registration through phone number activation.
We actively streamline registration and approvals for your customers, and eliminate several manual steps that can lead to campaign errors, rejections and additional fees.

Bandwidth does not typically offer one-to-one support & guidance to navigate 10DLC registration. The manual registration process and lack of support leads to longer wait times, errors and slower onboarding for your customers.
10DLC Approval Times
The requirement that our customers be CSPs, results in faster campaign approval from our DCA partners. Typically our customer’s 10DLC Campaigns are approved in 72 hours or less, enabling your customers to start sending messages faster.
Because Bandwidth customers are typically set up as Resellers and do not receive guided compliance support, customers experience one week+ wait time for Campaign approvals.

There are no additional fees for support.
Our technical support team typically delivers response and resolution times within 24 hours.

Bandwidth does not typically provide direct connection to technical staff to solve problems quickly. In addition, Bandwidth typically charges for added support (i.e. professional services).
Value for your Money
Our patent-pending Smart Queuing technology proactively manages rate limits at the Brand, Campaign, phone number, and mobile carrier level accordingly. It alerts you when your customer has reached two-thirds of their approved limit. If the limit is reached, Smart Queueing simply queues the messages that would otherwise exceed the limit. This saves ~20% of messages from failing, and improves your customer’s deliverability and per-message savings.

Bandwidth customers often experience deliverability issues with no explanation or transparency as to why messages dropped. The Bandwdith 10DLC error code 4780 occurs because your customer has exceeded their Carrier rate limits, resulting in dropped messages causing customer disruptions and frustrations.
Bandwidth does not provide deliverability tech like Smart Queueing.
