Providing a Streamlined Campaign Registration Process

The Problem

As the 10DLC messaging landscape evolved and unregistered traffic became more heavily regulated, TextSpot noticed a steep decline in message delivery rates.

Twilio support was unable to provide insight into:

  • The root cause of undelivered messages
  • Why there were 6-7 week approval times for Campaigns
  • Reasons for Campaign rejections

Telgorithm’s Solution

Direct contact with Telgorithm’s 10DLC expert support team quickly diagnosed Campaign issues and delivered fast approval times in a few days - which bolstered trust between TextSpot and their customers.

With Twilio, TextSpot was set up as a Reseller, and not directly registered with TCR. Telgorithm gave detailed guidance to TextSpot on the advantages of greater control and visibility for their Brands and Campaigns when they are set up as a CSP with TCR.

Easy, Smooth Migration Process

The Problem

TextSpot initially had a few reservations about migrating from Twilio to Telgorithm:

  • The perception that a smaller provider would not provide a higher standard of support than a recognizable brand like Twilio
  • The complexity of the migration. TextSpot had built their system on Twilio’s platform, integrating with their APIs, systems and webhooks. They were concerned that the migration may require a lot of resources and time.
  • There was concern that porting active phone numbers would cause disruption for their customers

Telgorithm’s APIs are well documented and built on the Open API spec, so TextSpot quickly generated a library off the online documentation.

Telgorithm’s guidance and automated phone porting process enabled TextSpot to port hundreds of active numbers without any disruption.

The Problem

One of TextSpot’s large clients needed last minute support for a conference. The client contacted TextSpot on Friday and needed to send tens of thousands of texts to attendees by Sunday.
