10DLC Campaign Rejection

Definition

During the 10DLC registration process with The Campaign Registry (TCR), you are required to register Brands (for Software Providers offering A2P SMS services, your Brands are your customers) and Campaigns (the messaging use-cases associated with the Brand).

Brands and Campaigns are submitted on TCR's portal but are reviewed by Direct Connect Aggregators (DCAs). When a Campaign is rejected, it could mean that information shared in the Campaign submission was inaccurate, incomplete, missing, or lacks compliance regarding DCA requirements.
