Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) are the primary users of The Campaign Registry (TCR) and the owners of their registered Brands and Campaigns. CSPs work with multiple Brands (their customers) to create and launch A2P text messaging Campaigns (their customers’ messaging use-cases).
CSPs are directly connected with TCR and have full management control of Brand and Campaign submission timeframes, insight and visibility into their status, and the ability to advise customers immediately. This unlocks your Brands and Campaigns from being “stuck” with any one API provider, enabling your business to multithread or migrate between Connectivity Providers (CNPs), unlike the Reseller model.
To become a CSP, software providers do need to register through TCR. CSP registration requires a few steps and a one-time $200 setup fee.
In early 2024, TCR launched a free Campaign Migration Tool exclusively for CSPs, allowing them to quickly and easily migrate Campaigns from one Connectivity Partner (CNP) to another—without having to re-register, repay the $15 vetting fee, and await approval. This self-serve tool is the first of its kind in TCR and is a game changer for CSPs.
This flexibility further enables CSPs to adapt to evolving operational needs, including migrating API providers seamlessly, while maintaining uninterrupted messaging services for their customers.
