As 2024 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on our groundbreaking partnership with Constant Contact that has made SMS marketing accessible to their solopreneur customers. This partnership, launched in 2024, helped to empower small businesses to engage directly with their customers through SMS—a channel that's proven to increase sales and build loyalty.

When it comes to A2P 10DLC SMS/MMS, software providers that support small businesses have faced significant barriers to SMS marketing due the tightening up on sole proprietor registration requirements

Telgorithm's 10DLC expertise and innovative technology have addressed this challenge, enabling software providers like Constant Contact to get solopreneurs properly registered and sending messages.   

Part of making SMS marketing possible for sole proprietorships is Telgorithm's Smart Queueing technology, which automatically enforces TCR and carrier rate limits in real time. Because the sole proprietor use case has stringent restrictions on rate limits (1,000 messenger per day on T-Mobile, 15 messages per minute on AT&T) and reporting requirements, this technology is essential for getting approval to leverage the use case, as well as for managing it.
